Project: Cinemark Movie Theater Evaluation
Shop Description: Please note there is an attachment to this visit; these instructions must all be followed in addition to what is listed below. Failure to follow all instructions will result in an invalid shop.

Please read the entire shop form before going on your visit so that you know exactly what you should be looking out for on your visit and to ensure that you can properly fill out your report at the conclusion of your visit.

Shop Purchase Requirements:

-1 Movie Ticket
-1 Concession Item (can be any item, however, if you order an item that can be upsold and the employee offers a larger size, you must purchase that larger size)
*For Cinemark Tulsa and IMAX (265) please be sure to go to the concession stand NOT Studio Eats. You can visit the Studio Eats for additional items, but the snack bar purchase MUST be made from the concession stand.
-Additional items are allowed

Guest and Shopping Area Requirements:

-This shop can be done alone or with a guest
- You MUST purchase the ticket from the box office (It cannot be the kiosk) in order to evaluate the box office staff.
- You must buy something from the concession stand (NOT the studio eats area).
- They give awards to employees who mention Movie Club reward (please wait for them to ask if you are a member before showing your membership!)
- You must visit the restroom.
- You must arrive in the theater at least 15 minutes prior to the movie show time to observe the ads and previews.

*The photo of the tickets must show ALL EDGES of the ticket and displays that it was torn. A ticket receipt is not acceptable on its own, you must provide the torn tickets or your shop will not be accepted.

Important Reporting and Observation Notes:

- Get the names of ALL employees encountered (This includes Box Office, Concessions, Management, etc.)
- There is a question the report about giving the employee the opportunity to ask if you are a member of Connections. It is fine if you are member but allow the employee to ask first! They need to be asking customers and if you provide it to them upfront, it does not give them a chance.
